The government and the market as two kinds of basic mode of resource allocation, in promoting economic growth and social progress respect respective plays an important role, the relationship is common in the world, but also has long been world economics and politics a hot topic. On the one hand China is immature and imperfect market, on the other hand of government functions is offside, vacancy and amlposition phenomenon of existence of different level land. This paper is to study the current our country new round macroscopical adjusting control obtains initial effect under the relationship between the government and the market, from the current hot spot--the government’s macro-control of the real estate market perspective, focusing on the government in the market economy running play what kind of role in the real estate market, the government produced influence and the government curb the necessity, feasibility and performance evaluation.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part is about the relation between government and market theory, the second part is the Chinese real estate industry current situation, problems and reasons analysis; third part of the government to curb price the necessity, feasibility and assessment; the fourth part is based on these analyses we draw a conclusion. After the research, the author thought should be performed as early as possible the real estate industry regression "industry of the people’s livelihood", establish "the government safeguard" supply mechanism, fair, transparent, efficient for the public and the whole society to provide quality public products and services, rather than the public product to the root unable to adjust the relationship between supply and demand of the market.
