The Study On The Improvement Of China Unicom Guangdong Branch Income Security System

For a long time, the problem of declining in operating income has been bothering telecom operators. This is the purpose of the study.In order to ensure income, China Unicom Guangdong Branch has been actively trying to build and complete its own income security system, and they received very good results.This paper is divided into seven chapters,with "The study on the improvement of China Unicom Guangdong Branch income security system" as the subject. We will study the China Unicom Guangdong Branch income security system mainly from two aspects:income security matrix and income security platform.In the chapter of income security matrix, forty-two audit points are identified as key audit points through the analysis of one hundred and twenty-four major audit point involved in the income process. According to some audit point, we put forward some detailed improving suggestions, such as incresing semi-automatic or automation audit, realizing parameter settings interface change,realizing early warning through the system, strengthening the user key information check and so on.In the chapter of income security platform, we analyse eight special audit project of China Unicom Guangdong Branch income security platform from three aspects:audit significance, audit mode and audit results. Then we put forward some improving suggestions in the future, including perfect platform function, increasing the special audit project, realizing semi-automatic or automation audit to the key audit point and offering all kinds of early warning lists.In the chapter of improving suggestions, we conclude eleven improvements from three aspects:organizational management, business process and system supporting. In addition to the improvement suggestions from the previous chapters, we added propose some suggestions,such as accelerating the income security concept promotion, responsibility unified rights, strengthening assessment and reporting, strengthening artificial analysis audit mechanism, improving business flow, adjusting income security matrix and periodic emphases and so on.In the end of the paper, we put forward that we can have deeper research on income security in the future from more aspects:constantly adjusting and optimizing income security system, strengthening the mobile Internet value-added service income security, realizing system support to the key audit point and data visualization and so on.
