Study On The Circulation Model Of Jiangsu Vegetables Products

The agricultural products circulation is an important issue for the people livelihood. An efficient circulation model is a way to solve the difficult of buying and selling agricultural products, match supply and demand in turn increasing rural incomes. According to the data published by Jiangsu Statistical Year book, the resident population of Jiangsu Province is amounted to7869.34million. As a largest consumer province, the vegetable products consumed by the residents is the necessities of daily life which are purchased in high frequency, so the condition of the vegetable products circulation is not only related to the residents’ quality of life, but also related to the operational efficiency and quality of Jiangsu’s entire economy.Based on the above background, the study analyzes the current situation of the vegetable circulation in Jiangsu Province. It finds that there are five main vegetable circulation mode, including the wholesales operators-oriented model,"agricultural super-docking" model, the processing enterprises-oriented model, the market operators-oriented model and "a delivery to home" model. And it analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat of current circulation models, by the case argument of the main retail end at this stage. On the basis of these analyzes, the study optimizes vegetable products circulation mode of Jiangsu by using appropriate research methods, and also puts forward as the circulation mode that the logistics center is dominant. Finally, combing the present situation in Jiangsu province, it gives a series of measures for the development of Jiangsu vegetable products circulation.Specifically, the writing framework of this study is as follows:the Chapter I introduces the background, significance and innovation. Based on the definition of relevant concepts, the Chapter II sorts out and reviews the literature at home and abroad, and gives the theoretical basis of this study. The Chapter III starting from Jiangsu vegetable development status, analyzes the production, circulation status of vegetable products, and based on these studies, the study further analyzes the pattern and mechanism of vegetables. The Chapter IV analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat of five circulation models. At the same time from the perspective of the overall flow chain, the study describes the problems during circulating for future research. The Chapter V optimizes vegetable products circulation mode of Jiangsu by using appropriate research methods, and also puts forward as the circulation mode that the logistics center is dominant. The Chapter Ⅵ gives a series of measures for the development of Jiangsu vegetable products circulation, combing the present situation in Jiangsu province. The Chapter Ⅶ concludes the main points and looks further research.
