The agricultural super docking circulation is a new cooperation pattern which is established between agricultural producers and supermarket. This mode which effectively combines agricultural products producers and sellers is one of the effective ways to inhibit abnormal price fluctuation of agricultural products. But there are still some problems to be solved when putting this mode into practice.Targeting at fruits and vegetables of supermarket Y, this dissertation analyses and optimizes fruits and vegetables logistics system based on agricultural super docking. Firstly, it illustrates the present situation of Y supermarket’s agricultural super docking logistics system and points out the existing problems. Based on that, the essay puts forward optimal goals for supermarket Y’s logistics system in agricultural super docking. Then it adopts several system optimizing method to optimize Y supermarket’s agricultural super docking logistics system: ABC category is used to optimize types of fruits and vegetables, and Pareto Charts is used to analyze the reason of damaging fruits and vegetables, and then offer some solutions. Seasonal variation prediction is used to predict sales volume, which can provide data support for the whole logistic system. This passage has built evaluation index system of agricultural super docking fruits and vegetables logistics system and applies AHP to create evaluation mode of agricultural super docking logistics system. It analyzes and compares cyclic goods-taking by supermarket, the third party delivering, and joint distribution mode of fruits and vegetables logistics system. The result shows that the performance of joint distribution is better than the other 2 methods. Under the joint distribution mode, this passage adopts exact-gravity Algorithm to solve the problem of choosing the joint distribution center and uses save mileage method to optimize the route of distribution.Finally, this thesis builds an information platform of agricultural super docking fruits and vegetables logistics system and creates the scheme of whole process system, which provides the standard operation procedure of agricultural super docking fruits and vegetables logistics system. So it has a real practical significance.
