Since1996, the IBM put forward the E-business’ concept, E-business developed so quickly that let people amazing. With the increasing of customer’s demand, more and more firms are involved in electronic business (E-business) field, but analyzing them, we will find some cheats, and it make the web sites’quality different from others. Considering the situation, more and more people pay close attention to how to evaluate E-business’credibility.At present, many scholars present the statistics and the fuzzy mathematics method to calculate the trust mechanism, and the Fuzzy Synthesis Evaluation (FSE) is the most prominent method in it, which has the character of fuzziness and objectivity. Taking care of the character of this research, which has high fuzziness and easily affected, so, FSE is the best way to do it, but it still remain many problems, for example, the describing of the evaluation’s process is too brief to let people understand, and setting index system with systemic is inexistence, further more, the process of people’s thinking always present the non-linear character, while, original FSE is linear, and, in the process of algorithm’s application, there are not fully consider the role of weights, so, it will making the final result too unilateral.According to these issues, this paper present new measures which are based on former research:(1) Considering the shortage of the traditional FSE, especially in the fuzzy algorithm, leading the area of this method’s applying so narrow, this paper improve the fuzzy algorithm, which is based on datum and experimental result. Realizing the non-linear character of the algorithm, the new method can applying for non-linear system and can promoting the veracity of final result.(2) From previous research we can known, there are many problems in the processing of guideline system’s created. This paper not only research previous result, but also propose some method to solve these problems, for example, using coverage inspection to solve one-sidedness, using vague set method to solve redundancy, using validity coefficient method to solve low-effectiveness and using stability coefficient inspection to solve instability.(3) In order to fulfill the research, this paper constructing a tea electronic commerce web site to achieve original datum, and the fourth chapter present the specific content. At last, combining with the improved algorithm, the evaluation process and the datum, this paper realized the reliability evaluation of nonlinear e-business, and comparing the result with the original one.
