In the past three decades, with the rapid development of computer technology, theInternet has deep into every corner of social life. A new social structure wasestablished through the Internet. The virtual community is a new social structure, itbecome an integral part of people’s lives. Compared with the traditional physicalcommunity, it has two significant characteristics, one is that the members do not haveto face to face. The other is the huge capacity of community knowledge. Like thetraditional communities, virtual community members also play different roles, andshared community resources through interactive contact. Some kind of cooperationand coordination, and ultimately achieve their desired goals. Because these exchangesare the platform through the Internet, so the members can be more efficient thantraditional community knowledge interaction and convenient research into virtualcommunities knowledge sharing has become an important issue.In this paper, this study first review the domestic and foreign relevant researchabout virtual communities and knowledge sharing. According to the classic socialcapital theory, expiore the three dimensions: structural capital, relational capital andknowledge capital, how to influence the virtual community knowledge sharing.According the factor-willingness-behavioral model, the research goes on very well.The specific methods mainly are the literature research and empirical analysis, based alot of previous studies in the literature, the impact of social capital on theknowledge-sharing of network virtual community model was proposed based onsocial capital theory and the theory of planned behavior, then define the meaning ofthe variables in the model and measurement methods, and proposed the correspondingassumptions. Then use SPSS18.0statistical software for data analysis descriptivestatistics, factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis. The main conclusions ofthe study is that, the interaction between social capital, central, trust, reciprocity andshared language and other factors on knowledge sharing network communities have asignificant effect of influence; subjective will and objective pressure in the effect of social capital and knowledge sharing between the starting to the intermediary role;shared vision of community knowledge sharing and community recognition of theeffect is not obvious. Finally, empirical results are analyzed and discussed, and made astudy of the lack of research and put forward some comments and suggestions for thefuture study.
