As a new banking idea and service mode, electronic bank has been caused an extremely important influence on the development of the banking sector, furthermore, it is changing banking service mode, management mode and competition pattern, and the traditional banking industry is experiencing a revolutionary change. Electronic banking business is openness, real-time and interactive features, can be customized for clients comprehensive, efficient, stable financing and cash management services.Electronic banking plays a very important role in the maintenance of customers and improvement of customer dependence.At the same time, electronic banking is a new idea of banking and service style, it has caused new situations and new problems in the development, especially, Chinese electronic bank business is late, the technology is relatively backward, the development lags behind, which brings about new problems emerge in an endless stream, we need to face and solve it practically.This paper stands on the Communication Bank Inner Mongolia Autonomous Branch’s angle,starting from its introduction, using the PEST analysis and SWOT analysis method, analysing objectively the electronic bank business development environment and the electronic bank business development problems, Then from five aspects (the selection of target market, product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy and promotion strategy) presents the Communication Bank Inner Mongolia Autonomous Branch’s electronic banking business marketing strategy, as well as the implementation of measures. Finally,paper puts forward some valuable and practical proposals with promoting the Communication Bank Inner Mongolia Autonomous Branch’s development of electronic banking business.
