The Analysis On The Macroeconomic Polices Under The Perspective Of Circular Economy

With modern industry developing, economy brought huge social fortune. However, behind economic development, it is resource excess consumption and environmental damage. In this context, people ask for sustainable development, and circular economy is the important way to achieve this goal. The theoretical basis of the development of circular economy in developed countries, the traditional macroeconomics, for the development of recycling economy can not provide the original impetus. Therefore, China should learn a lesson, when promotes the development of circular economy policy.Under the perspective of circular economy, the limited target of traditional macroeconomic policies can not guide the development of circular economy; the monotonous measures of traditional macroeconomic policies can not improve the development of economy following the basic principles of circular economy; the functions of traditional policies which can destroy environment and consume resources can not improve the development of circular economy. Limited target, monotonous measures and imbalanced functions decide that traditional macroeconomic policies can not improve the development of circular economy.Current policies of improving circular economy have its own frauds, including ambiguous target and lacking measures. So, current functions of policies may not be embodied. The reason is that current policies of improving circular economy have not become a part of macroeconomic policies, which hinder the development of circular economy.After the analysis of this paper, policies of improving circular economy can broaden the scope of target of macroeconomic policies, and enrich the measures of macroeconomic policies. So they can become a part of macroeconomic policies.
