During the existent and developing times, there are no individuals and organizations will miss crisis. Risks and opportunities are coexisting during crisis, these impacts could destroy a business immediately, but also could allow companies to learn experience from it and become more mature. Destruction or maturation could not be decided by "crisis" itself, but human choice and outcomes from actions of businesses and organizations. Nowadays, crises for corporations become inevitable "natural phenomenon". When we meet these fierce crises which could damage corporation, should not leave it to die. If we could make reasonable, scientific and effective response, then it is entirely possible to turn crisis into opportunities. Action without thinking is rash; war without the strategic guide is stupid. So that crisis response is a life and death battle for a company and with right strategies and tactics, company will always win. This article will base on the characters of information age and focus on feature of corporate crisis and the typical corporate crisis response cases, to point out the strategy problem of corporate crisis management. By introduce strategic issues into the corporate crisis management, to further deepen the theory of corporate crisis management. Therefore, this paper will start from the general theory of corporate crisis management strategies in the information age and base on the mainly introduction of the information age and the character of it, focus on the research of the concept and tactical planning of crisis management strategies under information age. Put strategic concepts and tactical planning as the key elements of the corporate crisis management strategy, mainly introduces the information age corporate crisis management system and the concept of information age and the ideology training of corporate crisis management system. Use crisis development cycle as the logical clue to introduce the tactical planning of pre-, during and after crises. Especially, this paper will have a detailed study of the tactical planning of each stage in the development life cycle of enterprise crisis. Finally, it will combine with the practical case study of three typical corporate crisis responses.
