| After nineteen eighties, along with the development of industrial economy, the problems that shortage of resources and environmental pollution began to appear. In order to deal with ecological crisis, as an implementation of industrial ecology, the " eco-industrial park " gradually entered in people’s vision, and it has become an important way to realize the industrial modernization.Taiyuan Stainless Steel Eco-industrial Park is a microcosm under the background of ecological civilization. Taiyuan is one of our country’s largest production bases of stainless steel, and it has the stainless steel production enterprise with the biggest production in the world and the international advanced level. At the same time, it has the strong industrial base and the unique technical advantages in stainless steel. Moreover, it has the advanced smelting, processing capacity and technology level in our country, and the stainless steel product quality has reached the international advanced level. Now, the development momentum of Taiyuan Stainless Steel Eco-industrial Park is good. It has made a certain contribution to the development of Taiyuan industrial economy, but there are still some problems in the park. Therefore, in order to becoming the world’s largest stainless steel industry base, the research for the development of Taiyuan Stainless Steel Eco-industrial Park has the great significance.Under the guidance of ecological theory of Marx, I combed the related theories, such as the eco-industrial park, circular economy and industrial ecology. In this paper, I researched the development of Taiyuan Stainless Steel Eco-industrial Park through referring to the eco-industrial park theoretical research and practical exploration at home and abroad. Firstly, on the basis of investigating the reality of Taiyuan Stainless Steel Eco-industrial Park, I gave a sufficient and objective description of Taiyuan Stainless Steel Eco-industrial Park, the description embracing the general situation, the course and level of development. Secondly, I found some problems in the development of Taiyuan Stainless Steel Eco-industrial Park through the comparison with the standards of the State Environmental Protection Administration on the ecological industrial park. These problems include that the management mechanism is not perfect, the enterprise cluster effect is small, the scientific and technological innovation is lacked, and ecological awareness is not strong. So I put forward the corresponding countermeasures on the development of Taiyuan Stainless Steel Eco-industrial Park with the visual angle of steady-state economy. These measures include that improving the development mechanism, strengthening enterprise cluster, encouraging innovation of science and technology, and enhancing the ecological consciousness. All in all, the construction of Ecological Industrial Park has a great effect on the development of Taiyuan Stainless Steel Eco-industrial Park, Taiyuan Stainless Steel Eco-industrial Park will also become the economic growth point of Taiyuan in the near future. |
