Hunan Park Industry Based On Industry Cluster Layout

The industrial park area is becoming more and more important in the local economy. The Hunan Province industrial park has been developing for 30 year. In order to adapt for the new request of the industrial park development, we use the theory of industrial clusters in the industrial park Industrial distribution.On the road of industrialization, The Hunan industry entered fast growth period, partial industrial area enter the development phase. But most of the Hunan industrial parks are in the initial period or seed stage. There are four major characteristics in the industrial layout system: (l)The Hunan industrial park layout is obviously resources guidance, and generally in the initial period or seed stage;(2)The industrial park layout strategy is balanced in emphases layout and the comprehensive layout; (3)The network function is gradually increasing;(4)The most important industrial park developing motivity is attracting investments. In addition, through the Hunan industry structure analysis, we can acquire the problem of the Hunan industrial park layout.Based on the industrial clusters theory, we propose two plans to optimization the industry layout of future Hunan industrial park:(1)enhancing the accumulation of the industrial park enterprise; (2) to promotes enterprise gathering in the given industrial park. Based on the industrial park development realistic situation, we designed 5 feasible ways to solve the problem, along the way of region innovation center constructed, we give a example of Mei Xihu park to construct the technical innovating garden.In this frame foundation, we propose the measures to get the goal, one is in government, another is in industrial park.
