With the rapid development of our economy, tourism has already become a pillar industry of our national economy. And urban tourism is the basis of tourism industry. In China, the theoretical research of urban tourism started a little late but it developed very quickly. In recent years, a lot of new theories have been introduced into the field tourism research, among which social network theory and its analytical method in sociology has been one of the hotspots in the domestic and overseas research for the past few years, therefore, the tourism research entered into a new period on the basis of the high-speed development of sightseeing districts. Tourism is a comprehensive industry and it is a tourist-centered hospitality service industry as well. To a certain extent, analyzing and researching the tour in terms of the tourists has more practical significance to the development of the sightseeing districts. The tourism market research project in Wuhan is conducting sampling investigation for the tourists to Wuhan, including the all-round investigations of the visitors to Wuhan who are different in age, degree of education and income level in the three channels of tourist attraction, hotel and travel agency.
