Science and technology and productivity of the development of the electronics manufacturing industry structure have undergone great changes. Labor cost advantage has made China into taking on electronics manufacturing outsourcing services of major countries, so Chinese electronics manufacturing supply chain structure also has a new feature. Enterprises to survive in a highly competitive environment and development, it must be in response speed, the level of product quality, service, products or services on the cost of meeting the needs of the market and competition. Logistics is the cost and marketing after the third profit source, more and more attention of the various industries. This article is made based on the background. This paper focuses on characteristics of Chinese electronics manufacturing supply chain, raised in electronics manufacturing of production logistics in supply chain management process. At first, we study the function of out-souring and characteristics of OEM and EMS. Secondly, we summarize the structure of this supply chain and its characteristics. Then we find out that the major problems are the storage on supply chain, the cooperation on supply chain, the flexibility of manufacture and so on. Finally, we give the mode in detail. We analyze the character in produce logistics flow base on the Supply Chain Management and the request on the management in such flow. Meanwhile, through investigating and analyzing the Company F’s produce logistics flow deeply, it analyzes and demonstrates the key issues in the flow. Secondly with the joint of modern produce logistics theory and the Company F’s current status, the author draws out the reengineered flow project, further anatomies the project implementer premises and technique control in detail. Finally, utilizing the method of balanced counting card, it evaluates the project simply. This project gets good effect.And we can find out the parts to optimize the supply chain. Because there are general problems about manufacture, purchase and storage, we get some methods to deal with these problems. We prove the feasibility and the value of this restructure for all example about the Company F.The article solves the existent problems in the Company F produce logistics flow. Moreover, for other manufacturing, it offers definite reference value.
