This paper uses the system layout design and system handling methods of combining, for the company's production logistics system of production line, machine, equipment, transport channel and site make the mail combination and reasonable configuration, achieve system internal somehow optimization, by introducing third party logistics management and the logistics of the whole supply chain management, will enable the company to lower raw material costs approaching zero, improve enterprise production logistics efficiency, enhance the enterprise's productivity and competitiveness.
