The Empirical Research Of China’s Listed Companies On Refinancing Prices Influence Factors

Enterprise refinancing is a necessary means for modern enterprise to develop and grow. With the development of market economy in China,our country’s refinancing market has also got rapid progress,refinancing market’s influence on capital market is expanding.The listed company refinancing has been the focus of scholars both at home and abroad.Nowadays,there are a lot of theories and achievements,but also controversials.Based on the statistical datas in recent years,through comparing,empirical research,and combining with the professional knowledge learnt.We have analyzed China’s listed companies on refinancing prices’influence factors.This paper has selected samples of515listed companies which refinanced between2006-2009in A-share market,using linear regression analysis to set a model,then describing the influence factors of refinancing options. At last,this section come to give suggests to solve refinancing problems of listed companies in China.The full paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background,objects,contents, methods and technical route of the research and the possible innovation.The second part reviews the main theory of refinance and related literatures. It provides theoretical support for the thesis by elaborating and contrasting the formed theoryies of the domestic and foreign scholars.The third part introduces the present situation and preference of listed companies’refinancing in our conutry,leading out the research topics——The Empirical Research of CHINA’s Listed Companies on Refinancing Prices Influence Factors.The fourth part carries on the empirical analysis by selecting samples, definiting variables,setting models and putting forward research hypotheses.The fifth part draws the research conclusion and proposes the research suggestion on the empirical analysis in the foutth part.
