Along with the development of China telecom industry restructuring, with a full service operation foundation condition the new telecommunications, mobile and Unicom should be from time to time. Face each other is extremely fierce market competition, marketing channels as the market power core begins to become operators to focus on integrated planning. China Telecom Group Inner Mongolia branch company (hereinafter referred to as:Inner Mongolia Telecom) in order to meet the needs of the market to its own marketing channel optimization, so as to the market marketing work development lays good foundation.In this paper, using the theories of management and marketing theory, on the research of Inner Mongolia Telecom is now the competitive environment in which the basis, focuses on the analysis of Inner Mongolia Telecom in the whole business of marketing channel under the background of the challenge and existing problems.
