| Along with the high speed development of our country’s economy, the demand for electric power of all walks of life grows day by day. At the same time, because most of the power generation enterprise in our country has two mainly characteristics, that is large generates scale and wide business scope, the development condition of these enterprises has directly influenced on the overall economic operation efficiency and the national economic security. And in the face of the monopoly and keen competition of the market environment, how to measure the survival ability of the power generation enterprise effectively is very important and the commonly used method is to measure the level of its competitiveness.This paper is mainly research on the thermal power generation enterprise with coal as its fuel. First of all, the author analyses the present development situation and the basic characteristics of these enterprise. Secondly, the paper introduces and improves the "diamond system" model. Besides the author extracts the key factors which have directly effected on the competitiveness of these enterprises. In this paper, the author finds that, with the power demand increases highly, the "pithead power plant" and the "load center paint" will obtain profits more easily, and the capital acquisition ability is the key factor affecting its market development.In addition, to analysis the competitiveness level of the thermal power generation enterprise in our country comprehensively, considering the current situation and the basic characteristics of these enterprises, the paper builds the benefit evaluation index system based on the financial competitiveness. Then the author uses the factor analysis model to research on13listed thermal power generation enterprises. Through researching the author finds that the ability to acquire coal and the operation ability are the mainly factors affecting its competitiveness level, and puts forwards some corresponding suggestions. |
