New Longji Project Management Co. Ltd., a medium sized engineering supervision firm, was established in2002, whose main business is construction project bidding and project supervision. As the rapid development of the industrialization urbanization in China, China’s engineering supervision industry will experience development opportunities on the one hand; on the other hand the market competition becomes increasingly fierce as the market environment becoming more and more uncertainty. How to seize the opportunity, bring to play the strengths, recognize the weakness, avoid the risks, develop feasible development strategies and implement them as soon as possible has become the survival and development of pressing issues for the New Longji Project Management Co. Ltd.The unceasing improvement of the level of enterprise qualification and the constant enlargement of the scope of qualification, as well as the employees and business coverage constant increase and expand, that is what makes the establishment of a branch is a necessary choice. More and more supervision enterprises transform to regional management of branch from one to one project management. The requirements of market for the quantity and quality of supervision companies gradually increase. It leads to the reality application of regional management and the necessary of the establishment of a branch. Therefore, this paper is aimed at case analysis and theoretical research towards branch management.In this paper, we synthetically use the management science, the economics and other basic theory. Based on understanding definition of the branch, we take the research method of strategic management SWOT. On the one hand, investigating and analyzing the branch’s external market environment of hebei xinlongji Project Management Co., Ltd, including macroeconomic environment and industry environment. We focus on analysis of the competitive environment in the industry environment, particularly. On the other hand, from the enterprise competitiveness, enterprise culture and enterprise human resources situation and organization structure aspects, we carry on the investigation and analysis of the branch’s internal situation of the hebei xinlongji Project Management Co., Ltd. Through the analysis of external and internal environment, this paper argues that in the branch management, we should take reasonable orientation of vocational ability, financial effective supervision, appoint excellent branch leadership, insisting the brand management and implementation and so on.In this paper, by exploring management of branch, we investigate the development strategy of branch management of hebei xinlongji Project Management Co., Ltd. And we hope it has certain guiding significance for the branch management of project supervision enterprises.
