With the mushroom development of the economy, the cultural communication becomes more and more closely; the personnel transfer and the migration of the people are gradually frequent day by day. Although as a special trade, the immigration agencies and exit-entrance agencies have been very well known, the information about its operation form, its management style and its marketing tactics are not so abundant to the public and the related research about this trade is very few. It is the above the mentioned reasons that motivates the writer of this thesis to be concentrated on this alternative trade.Immigration agencies are one trade that is very liable to be affected by the changes exterior environment. Shine the year of2008, due to the influence of the global financial crisis, the main countries of immigrants have changes their immigration law respectively. Shenyang Canachieve Consultant Ltd. as one of the excellent enterprises in this trade is squeezed inevitably by the change of exterior environment. Under such a circumstance, how to design a suitable marketing tactics according to market changes of exterior environment and shocks bought by the changes is inevitably the difficult problem to every enterprise in the trade including Shenyang Canachieve Consultant Ltd.This thesis will take Shenyang Canachieve Consultants Ltd. as the example and make the suitable marketing tactics for the company according to the of its own condition, which is be based on the many years work experience and knowledge of the writer in this trade and the market changes these year. The principle of the combination of theory and practice will be carried out in the thesis. Based on complete research of the market, the marketing tactics are fully researched by the writer. The comparative analysis and comprehensive analysis are the main style used in the thesis to discuss that under the great market changes of exterior environment, how the Shenyang Canachieve Consultants Ltd. make the reasonable marketing tactics in consideration of its own condition and market changes. At last the thesis will make fully analysis about the feasibility about the marketing tactics made in the thesis.
