With the development of broadband business competition intensifies, CERNET business slowdown, CERNET broadband access service has n a competitive market economy environment, how to study the CERNET construct its customer relationship marketing system, to open up new markets, develop new customers, maintain old customers, increase customer satisfaction, improve customer loyalty. Hope that through this research for the development of similar enterprises to provide a certain reference value.The thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the research background, topic selection, research methods, writing ideas, and the innovation of this article. The second chapter studies the related theory about key account relationship marketing, relationship marketing ability of CERNET key account upgrade to provide reference ideas. The third chapter analyzes the existing problems of relationship marketing situation, CERNET key account, causes and problems; the fourth chapter analyzes the relationship between marketing capability CERNET key account; the fifth chapter from the perspective of constructing enterprise planning marketing key account relationship CERNET power system.
