With the rapid development of China’s commercial banks, the risk events in banks have also increased. Judging from the occurrence of risk events,65%of the cases are related to employee behavior. Therefore, it has practical significance in the operation and development of China’s commercial banks, to study the relationship between the internal employee-oriented management of commercial banks, the employee satisfaction and the internal risk. From the available literature results, academic research on bank’s risk management focus on the improvement of system and the supervision of internal employee, ignoring individual differences in behavioral characteristics of the bank employees, at the same time monitoring gaps still exist. We make attitude of employee from difference to consistent by using the internal marketing or the management tools of employee-oriented, and improve employee satisfaction, in this way it has not only reduces the probability of occurrence of bank risk, but also improve the efficiency of the bank’s risk management. This makes the study to become more valuable and meaningful in theory.This study intends to adopt the theory of internal marketing, the theory of customer satisfaction and the theory of risk management, and then use a combination method of actual investigation and case analysis, we conduct the following steps. Firstly, through analysis of the literature, we build up the theoretical framework of this article with the relationship between the internal employee-oriented management of commercial banks, the employee satisfaction and the internal risk. Secondly, on the basis of the theoretical model, we design the methods of measurement and the specific means, and then test the assumptions of the theoretical model. Thirdly, according to the empirical results, we deeply analysis this three or four cases, and then summarize the specific measures that can reduce the internal risk of commercial banks, by improving the satisfaction of employee and the management of employee-oriented in commercial banks.The main conclusions of this study:First, The research framework of commercial banks employee-oriented management, employee satisfaction with the relationship of the internal risk can effectively explain the positive influence of employee-oriented management of commercial banks on employee satisfaction, and the effectiveness of employee-oriented management of commercial banks on the bank’s internal risk management, through employee-oriented management and employee satisfaction can strengthen the internal risk management of commercial banks. Second, by means of internal marketing or employee-oriented management can effectively avoid the monitoring gap risk of employee behavior which because the traditional banks only pay attention to the construction of the management system and the regulatory system, ignoring individual differences in behavioral characteristics of bank employees. Third, the results show that in the aspect of bank employee orientation, employee empowerment, support, encouragement, collaboration, employee care and communication needs to be strengthened. Fourth, the risk management practices of commercial banks can be through two levels which are internal marketing (employee-oriented management) and employee satisfaction to circumvent the staff deviant or irregularities.Finally, based on the research findings and case analysis made the following suggestions:correctly handle the relationship based on employee-oriented management of risk prevention and the development of business; strengthen professional ethics education and professional training based on employee-oriented, comprehensively improve ideological and moral level and operational skills; strengthen the internal management of the staff-oriented, and constantly improve the supervision and inspection, internal control mechanisms and positive incentive mechanism; further improve the internal control system. And pointed out the characteristics and shortcomings of this study, proposes the further research direction.
