In recent decades,with continuous development and improvement of China’s market economy,the collapse of the business organization event after another occurs,somebusiness organizations have shook the moment in the Chinese market in the crisis have fallen,we know the rapid fall of the Giant Group,pairs of strains of the Group,Guangzhou Ra... these well-known Chinese enterprises continue to reveal to the rapidgrowth of a major weakness of the Chinese business organizations-the lack of brittleness prevention and Organizational Change the effectiveness of business organizations.These brittle events brittle origin of No aware of the slow,slow to brittle derivative,and then the brittle gather causing tissue collapse process of a series of organizationaleffectiveness decline powerless.In the new century,although the business organization in China has entered a stage of rapid development,and environmental uncertainty faced by the business organization a substantial increase,however,information is incomplete to increase rapidly changing market demand,coupled with science and technology rapidly the development of changes in market ups and downs to increase,shorter economic cycle,corporate organizational change is a common occurrence,and how to improve the degree of success of the enterprise organizational change,what factors affect the success of China’s corporate transformation,what causes the failure of the change,these both practice managers concerned about,but also the concern of many researchers,including us.This article is to explore a new perspective based on brittle theory,organizational change,organizational change in order to seek to increase the success of organizational change,organizational change to inject new blood.Based on brittle theory of organizational change,in the two necessary conditionsfor organizational change brittle excited organization organized brittle variable change in the brittle source on the basis of self-organization of the critical state and organizational change.The project aims to research and analysis based on brittle theory,organizational change programs,organization,implementation,coordination process,through the process of organizational change in the brittleness source and to distinguish whethe r the organizational change in the self-organized critical state,as well as organizational change in brittle what trigger condition stimulate discussion,the introduction of enterprise organizational change interaction variables affect study guide out of the stable and healthy operation of the enterprise organizational change strategy of fragility flexibility and toughness of the organizational strategy, so that organizational change coordination and business management,administration,culture,and promote the expansion anddevelopment of innovative factors of organizational changeand guide organizational change. In this paper open new areas of organizational change,organizational change through the innovative basic research,the enterprise has great theoretical and practical significance of the reality and the pursuit of continuing operations,long-term development,to extend the corporate life cycle.
