With the further development of China's economy and the markedly improved people's living standard, all organizations, in order to obtain and maintain their competitiveness, have to accommodate the requirements of change by constant development and reformation. China has enjoyed a high speed economic growth in the past 30 years. People have new demand of services on hospitals. When outer competition intensified, hospitals must carry on internal organization reform. Hospitals not only should enhance their management, complete internal mechanism, boost technological and service level, but also should reform their ideas, learn the methods of modern managerial reformation. Thus, they can survive from the fierce market competition.On the basis of the questionnaires and interviews of the super ordinate in the hospital , doctors and nurses, patients and local residents, this paper combines the research on the project of HZ Hospital as well as the data from the hospital, the paper aims to study the management of HZ Hospital's organizational reform and its organizational performance. On the basis of learning from the experience of reform management of current enterprises, the study was conducted from the relation between three angles of organizational tactic reform, organizational structure reform and organizational cultural reform with organizational performance. The empirical research proves that the three elements of organizational reform affect the organizational performance of the hospital indeed. On the basis of establishing SSC model, the paper demonstrates the positive effect through certain relevant questionnaires and data. Meanwhile, the paper demonstrates the differences between before and after reform by studying the financial data and relevant information of the hospital in the past few years, which includes financial index, market share, number of personnel, etc. The quantitative data proves the improvement of performance. The thesis proves the positive effect of the hospital's organizational reform on the organizational performance from the angle of questionnaires and quantitative data.The paper, which chooses the representative HZ Hospital as the object of organizational reform and organizational performance research, is aimed at studying the relation between the two. Through the research, the author believes that under the control of the hospital, assimilating the experience of organizational reform experience of current enterprises offers positive effect on the improvement of the organizational performance of the hospital. The study offers theoretical and practical guidance for the reform and development of the hospital.
