| With the rapid development of automobile industry, car quickly into the thousands of households, China’s auto repar industry has been developed rapidly, and the detection and repair equipment is auto repair tools, mainly reflects the development level of automobile repair industry, is closely related to the production and repair industry, auto repair equipment management effects on production efficiency of automobile repair enterprises growing.In this paper, on the basis of other scholars’ theory, summarizes the theory of enterprise development strategy, on the basis of analysis of strategic research methods commonly used on the choice of enterprise development, PEST analysis, five forces model, SWTO method as the evaluation method. According to the selected method, taking Kunming song Cheng Auto Repair Equipment Co. Ltd. as a case study, detailed analysis of the company’s external environment PEST analysis and five forces model, cl ear the company’s i nternal and external envi ronment. At the same ti me i ntegrati on of internal data, uses SWOT method to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company have, by using SWTO matrix and makes a detailed analysis on the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, the company’s development strategy is determined.Through the research, this article believes that comprehensive strategy of Kunming song Cheng Auto Repair Equipment Co. Ltd. should be combined with the integration and concentric diversification strategy adopted, at the same time in the business in a market penetration strategy,"high standards","going out" strategy and strategic alliance etc.. This study not only for Kunming pine development decision Cheng Automobile Repairing Equipment Co. Ltd. has realistic directive significance, but also has reference value for other automobile testing equipment industry. |
