After more than10years of rapid development, the company has been expanded into a medium-sized modern enterprise. However, due to business environments of China market are constantly changing, companies are facing the ever-growing problem. In this thesis, we applied the knowledge which includes enterprise strategic management and management, this is a comprehensive survey was carried out on the internal and external resources and advantages based on analyzing the woodworking machinery industry and its external political and economic, legal, social and cultural, international environment and competition environment inspection, by some related theoretical analysis tools, such as PEST, SWOT and others. And the Dongguan HL Company’s strategic plan of Mechanical correlation analysis, put forward some factors on how to enhance the company’s core competition, and suggests some strategic suggestions and measurement. I strongly believe that:Being current enterprises are facing serious internal and external environment, the enterprise have no choice but to practice "internal strength", make full use of the financial crisis of this historical opportunity, the ability to integrate and strengthen all aspects of enterprise resources, improve their core competitiveness.
