With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, as well as the environmentalprotection act seriously in many countries and regions, forcing the manufacturing industrykeep growing but at the same time has to explore the sustainable development strategy of itsconstant. Recycling of waste products or components which, by remanufacturing to restorethe function and even enhance the performance and qualified to the next round of productionso as to save resource consumption, reduce waste is a future road for manufacturing industry.Therefore, future manufacturing enterprises will be faced with a complex hybridmanufacturing system-normal manufacturing and remanufacturing system. Formanufacturing management, inventory management is always the first priority. Inventorymanagement is the substantial of manufacturing enterprise success. While the recycling andremanufacturing inventory management is the important link to the successful implementationof material recycling, saving resources, energy. Therefore, this research will focus on how tomaximum the inventory management which under hybrid manufacturing system, to makereasonable co-ordination of normal goods and recycling products, not only to avoid theshortage cost, but also greatly reduce the inventory cost, for sustainable development ofmanufacturing industry, for truly implement the remanufacturing provides a feasible solutionto use of waste products recycling.Thus,this thesis will base on the current researches on hybrid manufacturing and reverselogistics inventory management from both Chinese and foreign scholars, introduce theconcept of lean production which is the eliminating all waste to the study of inventorymanagement in the hybrid manufacturing system. Recovery of goods logistics from thebeginning of research, then down to the remanufacturing production which finally became afinish goods, gradually analysis of the characteristics of each stage of the process, to find outthe real factors influence inventory planning, inventory management. Using the method oflinear programming formulation variables, parameters, and more reasonable in the objectivefunction, clarify all the relevant constraints, finally obtain a more perfect, more reasonableand more compliant with lean manufacturing policy Dual-Pull inventory control model inhybrid manufacturing system. And the applied examples, comparing with the traditionalinventory control model, derived the lean model is more efficient on controlling the inventory cost.Finally through the application example, compared with the traditional inventory controlmodel type, we will obtain the conclusion which is that the lean concept model of inventorycost control will be more effective.
