Optimization Of The Sugar Cane Industry Chain Of Guangdong

Sugarcane is in the south China economic crops, it is in some parts of the pillar industry. Sugarcane is also one of the main raw material of sugar production in China, its main plant in Guangxi、Yunnan、Guangdong、Hainan and other major provinces. In recent years, with the adjustment of the country industrial structure, focus on development of sugarcane industry, it is divided into central-south of Guangxi、 southwest of Yunnan west of Guangdong and north of Hainan three major advantage areas. Guangdong is the sugarcane production in the main producing areas in China, also one of three major sugarcane advantage of the production area, has the conditions and potential in development of sugarcane industry. But there are still several problems in the process of development of the industry chain, such as sugarcane planting more scattered、varieties seriously degraded、low level of mechanization, infrastructure, comprehensive recycling utilization rate and so on, all the problems has prevented sugarcane industry from moving forward. So, it is necessary for us to by the extension of sucrose product research, improve sugarcane industry chain development, strengthen production of by-products deep processing, increase the added value, so as to improve the economic benefits of sugar enterprises and sugarcane farmers.This paper use the basic theory such as industry chain、agricultural industry chain、circular agriculture to analyze the sugarcane industry chain mode, According to field researching, consulting and visiting the situation of the sugar enterprises and sugarcane farmers of Zhanjiang State Fann’s Cultivation, production and processing. From the analysis of the status of Sugar Cane Industry chain links of production, processing, sales and cycle, the author have found five questions about the process of Sugar Cane Industry chain in Guangdong province:(One) The sugarcane industry chain is relatively shorter;(Two) Lack of security interests mechanism;(Three) Infrastructure is weak;(Four) Lack of protection mechanism;(Five) By-product of recycling is not enough. This paper has proposed the optimizing strategy from four aspects about extension, integration, promotion and path of industry chain.According to the Guangxi, Brazil’s sugar cane industry chain on the basis of advanced experience for reference, the paper have put forward some corresponding measures to fit the development of industry chain in Guangdong.(One) Extend the industrial chain, and expand the space, improve the added value of products;(Two) Explore the establishment of a close interest in sugarcane farmers and sucrose enterprises, to reduce the loss both sides;(Three) Improve and perfect the "two systems" increase sugarcane farmer’s income, actively promote introducing seeds and breeding seeds;(Four) Create sugarcane protection mechanism, prevent sugarcane farmer alone too much risk;(Five) Strengthen the sucrose deep processing, research the sucrose by-products, improve the comprehensive utilization of sucrose processing;(Six) Promote sucrose brand strategy construction, expand marketing channels;(Seven) The Government should actively support and guide, lead enterprises bigger and stronger.
