Study On The New Value Form Of Sugar Industry In Double Main Chain

China is a big country about the production and consumption of sugar. Sugar industry is a characteristic industry and pillar industry in the southwest of China. Sugar industry have important signification for the development of regional economy, offering jobs, throw off poverty and set out on a road to prosperity for farmers, increase local financial revenue. But there is a trend that sugar industry is shifting to the south west of China where the backward areas and gradually been eliminated now. It would be a great loss for the local people, businesses, government and even the whole country.This article adopted quantitative analysis on sugar industry which is based on classical value chain mode with the tools of Excel2003, Matlab7.0 and so on from the industrial value chain angle. The flaw of sugar industry under single value chain mode is the basic reason of the trend. The limitation of industrial connection caused a lower interdependent degree between sugar industry and other industries; The limitation of industry Influence caused insufficient induction and influence ability which caused a lower operation in pushing and drawing the national economy; The industrial anti- risk ability is insufficient, which is easily influenced by the factors of raw material supply, purchasing power, substitution product and so on.In this foundation, this paper proposed double main value chain mode of sugar industry, which take sugar and alcohol as two main products of sugar industry and form an expansion, increasing and strong value chain mode. Firstly, this brand-new mode increased the gain channel of raw material, expanded upstream industrial chain and improved the industrial instability. Secondly, as a mainly product alcohol changed the limitation of original sole product and realized the product increment. Thirdly, the double main chain mode got rid of a series of shortcomings under the single main chain of sugar industry, stronger the industrial chain and reversed the industrial vulnerability and shrinkage. Most importantly, alcohol value chain opened the biological energy market and had broad market space. Therefore the study of double main chain of sugar industry is extremely important and essential.
