With the continuous improvement of the global economic integration, in order tocope with the severe challenges of foreign counterparts, our travel agency mustcultivate their own core competitiveness through allocate and utilize the resourcesmore efficiency of human resources management directly determines the enterprise’scompetitiveness. It is am important gist to master the status of employee satisfactionin both of company and their own jobs for improving human resource human talents,and to exert employee’s dynamic role so much the better, has become one of the mostimportant problems of modern enterprise management.There are still many problemswhich contract the rapid development in travel agency in Nanchang, the turnover hasthe trend of increasing. The empirical research of employee satisfaction degree ofNanchang travel agency not only has an important current significance, but also has adeep strategic significance for improving the effect of human resource management.The article adopts the combination of theory and empirical research methods. Itsummarized the impact factors of employee satisfaction on the basis of refer to a largenumber of domestic and foreign literature. This article established indicators ofemployee satisfaction survey system in accordance with the actual situation ofNanchang travel agencies, and studied employee satisfaction through thequestionnaire to sample travel agency, and analysis the satisfaction of each indicatorthrough the statistical software spass17.0. We can found that the three highest indexesare the ability of management, self-satisfaction and motivation mechanism, the threelowest indexes are salary system, interpersonal relationship and environment. At thesame time, different positions and diplomas on the staff satisfaction were analyzed.Finally, the impact factors of employee satisfaction degree were analyzed accordingto the survey results and analyzing, that is: the compensation system wasunreasonable,the interpersonal relationship and the environment were not perfect.The study will enrich the field of staff satisfaction of travel agency in ourcountry. It considered fully the fact of the sample travel agencies when choose the indexes, and the result truly proved those are the problems the travel agencies exist.
