The focus of competition in the 21 st century is undoubtedly the competition between technology and knowledge,and the competition between technology and knowledge is ultimately the competition for talents.The intellectual property agency industry is a rapidly developing knowledge-based service industry.In recent years,with the strengthening of intellectual property protection in various industries in China,the demand for intellectual property agents has increased,and knowledge-based service talents have become the object of competition among various agent companies.For intellectual property agency companies,if they want to gain a larger market share in the fierce competition and retain more high-quality employees,they must pay attention to their needs,strive to improve employee satisfaction,and provide talents a good platform for developing.This article takes Z company as the research object.Based on reading and understanding the results of foreign scholars' research on employee satisfaction and the development status of the human resource management of Z company,this thesis sorts out the factors that affect the company's employee satisfaction and divides these factors into five dimensions: material return,work content,working group,working environment,learning and growth.After designing,distributing and collecting the survey questionnaires,a statistical analysis was conducted on the survey data to find out the reasons for the low employee satisfaction,and to propose improvement strategies from different aspects,hoping to fundamentally improve employee satisfaction and promote the common development of employees and enterprises.There are 6 parts in this article.The first part is the introduction,including the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad and research framework;The second part is the theoretical overview of employee satisfaction,which introduces the meaning,influencing factors and theoretical basis of employee satisfaction;The third part is an introduction to the current status of Z company,which mainly includes the basic profile,organizational structure and human resources of Z company;The fourth part is the survey andanalysis of employee satisfaction of Z company,including the design and implementation of the questionnaire,and the statistics and analysis of the results of the questionnaire;The fifth part proposes strategies to improve employee satisfaction of Z company from different dimensions;The sixth part is the conclusion of the study and the shortcomings and prospects in the study.Through this survey and research,I hope that it can provide decision-making reference for Z company to improve employee satisfaction,stabilize and attract more outstanding employees.At the same time,I hope that this article can bring reference and reflections on human resource management to other intellectual property agencies.
