After joining the WTO, China’s complex economic environment makes theenterprise competition becoming more and more intense, so the enterprise need tounderstand their own deficiency and the direction of their development and form thecore competitiveness quickly in response to market challenges. After the globalfinancial crisis in2008, the global economic integration pattern is more apparent,market competition is growing and the modern enterprise development face morechallenges. The key to solve these problems is the accurate evaluation of theenterprise value. Enterprise’s value appraisal can optimize the allocation of resourcesand enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, so we can realize the healthydevelopment of China’s economy. How to reasonably and effectively realize theaccurate assessment of the enterprise value and how to establish and perfect ourcountry’s enterprise value evaluation system is the urgent task, now.Through the analysis of the conditions and advantages and disadvantages to thetraditional enterprise value appraisal, this article think the enterprise value evaluationmethods in our country mostly focused on the analysis of the financial indicators andignore the non-financial indicators analysis. The value of the enterprise network isenterprise’s potential intangible assets; One of the motivation to attract enterprisemergers and acquisitions is the value of the enterprise after the merger betweennetwork effect, which hide a huge potential profit. In order to succeed in thecompetition and maintain the stable growth of enterprise value, the thought of merger,joint, alliance between enterprises get more and more attention of each enterprise inrecent years. The development of computer information technology makes theresources between enterprises sharing and the degree of rapid coordination greatlyascend, the activities of enterprises is now beyond the scope of the value chain, andexpanded into broader enterprise network. The modern enterprise competition hasevolved to enterprise group, enterprise alliance and the competition betweenenterprise networks. Through the optimization of the enterprise value network we canimprove the core competitive capacity of enterprises, so as to enhance the enterprise’scompetition advantage and increase enterprise value. Value network contains all kindsof intangible assets, which support the enterprise tangible assets to create value sourcepower, through the enterprise value of the effective operation of the network to createvalue for the enterprise, realize the goal of enterprise. Therefore the enterprise valueincludes not only the profits of the business through the financial indicators calculated,also including the potential value that enterprise value network brought about. Based on the analysis method of the combination of practice and theory, thispaper introduces the relationship between value network and enterprise value, throughthe method of economic value added (EVA) calculate enterprises value in thefinancial statements and assign weights through the Delphi method and analytichierarchy process (AHP) to every link of the enterprise value network, using the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to calculate the potential value of the valuenetwork. Finally, to Xinjiang bayi iron and steel co., LTD as an example, this paperanalyzes the method of the inspection of method the actual effect. Through the test weconcluded that compared to the other methods, this way is more able to reflect thevalue of the enterprise.
