A Study On The Enterprise Competitiveness Of Real Estate Industry Form The Financial Viewpoint

Because of the rapid development of real estate in China, the domestic real estate industry is facing a strong competitive environment. Analyzing the competitive environment, and researching into the competitiveness of the real estate enterprises contribute to the achievement of real estate enterprises and in dustiest to sustainable development, and effectively deal with the increasingly market competition. In this thesis, we introduced the international and national research work about evaluation of enterprise competitiveness. On the basis of history review, theory learning and research, we establish a suitable evaluation method and index of companies' competitiveness, this study uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to develop the measuring index and mode of enterprise competitiveness from the financial viewpoint. Then we had a simulation assessment of the competitiveness of eighteen large real estate developing enterprise by using this system. On the basis of analyzing, this thesis puts forward countermeasures to enhance enterprise competitiveness.
