In the past fifty years, aluminum with its unique characteristics and recyclable use of green materialsas the twenty-first Century energy saving, environmental protection, per capita consumption of aluminumand the level of production technology has become the measure of a country’s comprehensive nationalstrength, one of the important sign of development level and the quality of life of the people. As the marketexpands and the state actively support high-tech enterprises, improve the implementation of policies relatedto the overall level of the industry, the development of China’s aluminum has good external environmentand development opportunities; at the same time, is also facing the unreasonable product structure, energyconsumption and waste of resources, science and technology innovation and the weak capacity ofindependent development. The Xinjiang production and Construction Corps Agricultural Division eightTianshan Aluminium Company Limited (here in after referred to as the Tianshan Aluminum Co. Ltd.) inShihezi as the largest private enterprises, in the face of opportunities and threats, how to obtain sustainablecompetitive advantage, to occupy a larger space for development, make the correct strategy and effectiveimplementation and control, it is a urgent problem.This paper uses the research method of combining macroscopic with microcosmic, qualitative andquantitative, the main use of PEST, five forces model tool, on the key factors of internal and externalenvironment, resources and capacity for analysis, evaluation; at the same time, using SWOT analysismethod, the factors influencing on the development strategy of enterprise is considered to have a definiteobject in view, on the basis of, put forward the enterprise effective vertical integration, low cost anddifferentiation strategy and implementation of the recommendations.This framework is composed of the introduction, the related strategic theory, the external environmentanalysis, internal environment analysis, strategy choice and strategy implementation six parts, throughscientific analysis of internal and external business environment and its own advantages and disadvantages,in view of the existing problems, put forward the practicable methods and risk prevention measures, so asto foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, improve competitiveness, promoting the sustainabledevelopment of enterprises, but also for the relevant enterprises and aluminum industry health, coordinateddevelopment and provide reference.
