Research SITC Enterprise Group Centralized Fund Management Optimization

Centralized management of the enterprise regards financial management as the centre, and while, financial management centers on centralized fund management. In2000,SITC has already established the center of settling accounts of fund. Funds management mode has been gradually improved. The mode has improved the efficiency of funds. With the changes of economic environment and the expansion of business, there are many problems and defects. This paper analye the existing problems of the fund management mode. At present, while the fund management mode of SITC has realized the collection of funds, it ignored the management of funds. And along with the expansion of enterprise group business, settlement center can not meet the needs of the enterprise group.In view of the existing problems of funds management and the demands of funds management of SITC, this paper puts forward optimization strategy of the fund management mode. With the optimization, the management of funds will be based on the unified and integrated information platform, which is the dynamic integration of funds budget system, fund settlement system, funds monitoring system, risk management system, accounting system, business system and the system of the bank on the net. Then SITC realize effective control of the funds through the comprehensive budget management. And in process of budget establishment, budget implementation, budget feedback, buget is linked with other system organically and realize the dynamic tracking of the budget. In process of funds risk management, SITC should improve their management level and at the same time make full use of professional services to make effective risk management methods and risk early warning mechanism in order to reduce the risk of funds. Through the three aspects of the management, SITC set up a relatively perfect fund management mode in order to promote the capital allocation efficiency of the group.
