Research On Centralized Fund Management Mode Of State-owned Enterprise Group

Under the environment of market-oriented economy,enterprise group is a significant organizational form of company.Centralized fund management is mainly used as a vital tool by many enterprise groups,with the purpose of optimizing the allocation of resource and controlling the risks.Nowadays,most of large and medium-size state-owned enterprise groups have put centralized fund management into day-to-day operation,however,the effect of implementation vary greatly.The research object of this dissertation is the G Group which engages in public transport operation.Based on the industry background and the own conditions and development direction of G Group,the research work aimed at developing suitable mode of centralized fund management,in order to maximize management efficiency and value.The dissertation consists of six chapters.Firstly,it briefly introduced the research background and research methods,compared relevant modes of centralized fund management in operating mechanism and scope of application.Secondly,on the basis of in-depth investigation and research for G Group,it analyzed the current situation of centralized fund management,meanwhile,pointed out the matters and problems in practical operation.And then put forward two progressive modes of centralized fund management that modified mode of fund department and settlement center mode.Furthermore,on the premise of security and liquidity of fund,regulated management rules and focused on risk control to realize fund cost reduction and efficiency promotion.Finally,it researched on relevant fiscal and taxation policies and provided recommended schedules and useful methods for centralized fund management implementation.I hope the research work could provide a sound foundation for strengthening G Group financial management,in addition,offer confidence for other large and medium-size state-owned enterprise groups to carry out further researches on centralized fund management.
