The successful merges and acquisitions could enlarge the enterprise economic benefits, but the key of successful merge and acquisition is depended on the integration management. As a systematic approach of management scientific, project management could be implemented in the whole process of the project. According to the objective economic laws, the project management could effectively plan, organize, and control all activities of the project. Through the scientific methods of project management, the expected benefits could be achieved.Based on the methodology of the project management, mergers and acquisitions as a systematic project, the framework of the applying project management in M&A activities is proposed. The M&A decision mode is constructed based on analysis of the M&A through the perspective of system. Based on the theoretical research of corporate M&A, this paper analyzes the project management implemented in the M&A project of Guangxi TY Forestry Co., Ltd. and The Guangxi CL Wood ware Co., Ltd with the following aspects:1. Detailed analysis of the M&A mode.2. Systematic analysis of corporate M&A behavior from the perspective of project management.3. The experience in M&A of domestic company.With the further improvement of forest industry property law, there will be more and more forest industry M&A projects. Currently the forward-looking research and systematic theory of forest industry M&A isn’t perfect, the advantage of project management haven’t been fulfilled in the forest industry. So the research on taking the advantage of project management in forest industry M&A will be significant. The project management will be great help to improve the activities of forest industry mergers and acquisitions project. |
