In recent years, while the repid deveophnent of modern urbanization brings happiness to towners, it also posts many challenges to environmental quality of city lives. With the repid expansion of society and economy,as well as towner’s increasing incomes, more and more people go out to travel. Suburban tourism, as an important way to adjust lives of citizens and alleviate citizens’ pressure and an important carrier to promote the optimization of regional industry and increasing rural incomes, is accepted and loved by numerous citizens. With the advantage of unique Zhuang landscape, rich ethnic customs,colorful garden flowers and daily trip, Nanning suburban attractions are attracting many citizens going sightsee, taking relaxing and having tour in their holidays. In order to comply with the general trend of tourism development, the article selects the special subject of factors influencing suburban tourists’ revisiting intention. The article taking Nanning as an example, based on statistics and related theories,by means of field survey and questionnaire, this article conducts a serious study on the factors influencing suburban tourists’revisiting intention to find out diminant factor that influence Nanning’s suburban tourists’intention. By doing this, we can open up a road of Nanning’s characteristics market development of suburban tourism and attract more old and new tourists to Nanning’s suburban.The article takes research summary of domestic and overseas suburban tourism as a leader to define related concepts. Through questionnaire and interview, we can scientifically collect original and valid data and compregebsively apply ways of descriptive analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to locate the key influence factors of the current Nanning’s suburban tourism destinations’marketing and enviromental problems are as following:the marketing promotion means of Nanning’s suburban tourism is still in its infancy; Insufficient investment of suburban destinations in infrastructure, transportation, landscape enviroment and amusement. Among these pronlems, the high to low arrangement is:backward infrastructure, insufficient development, poor supervision and vicious competition; because of being pressed for time, dull activity in scenic areas, inconvient communications of scenic areas, the respondents are not willing to take part in suburban tourism. Meanwhile, the respondents preference to scenic spot features has a remarkable influence on overall satisfaction, and consumer’s satisfaction on scenic spots makes a greatest difference.Finally, the article, intending to advancing travel satisfation and revisiting intent at its core, puts forward countermeasures and proposals furthering the development of Nanning’s suburban tourism, that is, to form a complete set of perfect tourism facilities, improving the quality of travel environment; to strengthen the development of scenic spot resources and focus on building sites features; to strengthen the supervision and management, purify the suburban tourism market; to strengthen the propaganda promotion to broaden access to travel information, hoping provide referrence and theoretical foundation for sustainable development of Nanning’s suburban tourism market.
