Research On Development Strategy Of Chinese Medicine Industry Of Yulin City In Guangxi

Chinese medicine industry is a pillar of local economic development in Yulin. With the"11th Five-Year Plan" development, Yulin has been preliminarily formed a certain scale and characteristics of the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. Entering the "12th Five-Year Plan", Chinese medicine industry is facing with great opportunities, challenges and threats.By using PEST analysis tool, five force analysis law and SWOT analysis tool, this paper analyzes external environment and internal conditions based on the background of Chinese medicine industry development in Yulin, summarizes its external opportunities and threats, as well as its own advantages and disadvantages; on this basis, it has constructed SWOT matrix, has attained the development strategy of speeding up industrial accumulation and has put forward implementation measures of development strategy.This research makes conclusion as following:1. The development of Yulin’s Chinese medicine industry should seize the opportunity, overcome threats and take advantage of its own influence to blaze a "faster and better" industrial development path;2. The development of Yulin’s Chinese medicine industry should take the technology development as the precursor, focus on comprehensive benefits and make it become regional influential industry clusters of Chinese medicine enterprises;3. The development strategy implementation of Yulin’s Chinese medicine industry should optimize Chinese medicine industry chain, accelerate new product research and development, bring in high-quality talents and improve the investment and financing environment.
