China has become a middle-income country since2009. Few countries successfully developed from middle-income country to high-income one all around the world, most of which run into the "middle-income trap". In order to cross the "middle-income trap" perfectly, China need to learn lessons from other countries’experiences facing with the "middle-income trap". In this paper, I begin my study on international experiences and lessons that dealing with "milled-income trap", for finding a way to help China manage to cross the "middle-income trap".In this paper, firstly, I compare the typical examples of crossing the "middle-income trap"-Japan and Korea with the typical ones of running into the "middle-income trap"-Latin-American countries in their historical experiences during middle-income stage. Secondly, I summarize the greatest differences between Japan, Korea and Latin-American countries when dealing with the "middle-income trap":transformation of ways of economic development, improvement of industry structure, as well as balanced development of society. Third, I carefully analysis the fundamental realities of China after becoming a middle-income country, clearly differentiate the advantages and disadvantages of China when facing with the "middle-income trap", as well as distinguish the similarities and differences between China and other countries during middle-income stage. Then, based on the above analysis, I propose following measures for crossing the "middle-income trap" in China:transformation of economic development models, vigorously promote scientific and technological advance, and increase the fairness of social development. Besides, compared with other countries, we are able to achieve sustained and stable development of the economy by stimulating domestic demand and pushing industry gradient transfer, which assists crossing the "middle-income trap" in China.
