Salary system is the core part for the modern enterprise human resources management, and can promote healthy and rapid development of enterprise effectively matching strategy of enterprise development, and will hinder healthy and rapid development of enterprise for not matching strategy of enterprise development. Salary system is very important to motivate employees, and can improve personnel satisfaction effectively, and increase sense of belonging and responsibility for employees. This has very important significance.Xintian mine is supporting coal mine of "West Power to East", in order to implement the strategy of developing the western region. Due to salary system not matching development of Xintian mine, a lot of brain drain has suffered recently. The improved method is studied for salary system of Xintian mine in this paper. The current salary system of Xintian mine is analyzed. It points out that the current salary system is out of line with the enterprise development, and lack of salary system of individual performance, and lack of dynamic management, and lack of construction of enterprise culture. The main cause of this phenomenon is the management system of Xintian mine. The leadership lack of an objective understanding for the importance of salary system. In the same time, the influence of management system of coal mine enterprise has been in the long-term in our country. The urgency of the reform of salary system is analyzed for Xintian mine. It points out that the reform set out from the employee’s own needs, and people oriented. Material incentive and spiritual incentive should coexist for employees, combined with the improvement of salary system and the future development strategy of enterprise. The improvement implementation of the new salary system is analyzed. It points out that the effective implementation of the new salary system cannot be separated the effective communication. The new appraisal system and matching enterprise culture should be established for Xintian coal mine. The implementation method of the new salary system is discussed in this paper. It points out that the floating salary should increase and the fixing salary should reduce. After the implementation of the new salary system, the effect is evaluated.This article has a certain reference value to promote improvement of salary system for Xintian mine, and at the same time, also has certain practical guiding significance to promote healthy and rapid development for Xintian mine.
