Mine Industry Area Strategy Sustainable Development Analysis

Mine area sustainable development index system is one typical component of a sustainable development index system, which is focusing on developing and usage of coal mine resource. The aim of research on coal industry sustainable development theories is not only to find a practicable guide for resource-oriented areas, but also to provide an important reference for reasonable developing and efficient usage of non-renewable resources. On the basis of analyzing strategy of sustainable development issued by domestic and international theories, combining the state-of-the-art of coal industry and social economic developing level of mine area, this paper builds a sustainable development control framework system, establishes a mine area REISE (Resources, Economy, Intellect, Society, Environment) evaluation object system model by the systematic science theory and systematic analysis and early-warning index system. This model is a 4-layer superimposed construction, layer-by-layer recursion, relative integral mine area sustainable development forecast evaluation and early-warning index system which measures the degree of the area integral developing level by a three-dimension( time, index and scheme ) ideal matrix model with time sequence, multi-layer and multi-object, based on multi-object fuzzy optimum theory. The model can evaluate multi-object index dynamically of sustainable development status in the mine under research within any time period. The dynamic trend and developing degree of the sustainable development can be reflected through evaluation, and the objective posture of coal area development can be reflected by the evaluation results of sustainable development index system through index analysis based on principal component method, so as to provide effective path and strategy for setting out the sustainable development strategy of mine area.Article index choose and quantize and sustainable development degree estimate as this model in recent years through Yanzhou sustainable development of mining area finally Concrete application.
