In the long run, our country government takes SMEs seriously and supportsthe development of SMEs, after the financial crisis in2008, considering the SMEscommon problems, our government has issued a lot of SMEs ’s development policiesand measures to help SMEs to weather the trouble, these policies and measures include:the legal system of sustainable development, policy support system, financingguarantee system, service system and policy suggestions for sustainable development,fiscal and taxation policy.this paper, based on the existing science of the results, focus on linking theorywith practice, pays attention to the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,combining normative analysis with positive analysis, the main research methodsinclude: first, literature research, this article in the research process accesses to a largenumber of SME’s policy, laws and regulations and other aspects of the literature, amore comprehensive and systematic collection and collation of the domestic andforeign SMEs development policy, especially in recent years, the foreign policy ofSMEs, for further relevant policy research and lay a solid foundation, second, policystatistics research, through CNKI and BaiDu network and literature reviewing, collect,arrange me in recent years support policy to SMEs based on sample to promulgate unit,time, policy types according to the characteristics of the study and research tasks of theproperty of the statistics, in recent years the policy of understanding, third, theoreticalresearch, this article from the management science, economics, sociology and otherdisciplines of theoretical research results, in the analysis of theSMEs developmentadvantage and disadvantage, the path choice on the basis of comparison and analysis,the SMEs General policy model, main content foundation, put forward to perfect our country SMEs policy recommendations.The text is divided into five parts, the first part descirbes western SMEs in ethnicareas development policy research background and significance, through summarizingthe domestic and foreign literatures, this paper puts forward content, methodology andframework.
