Research On Order Change Respond Of Discrete Manufacturing Based On The Customer’s Requirements

With the constantly changing of Market Behavior and the Increasingly Fierce of Industry Competition, the Disaggregate Demand and Consuming Behavior and Consumer Psychology are different among consumers; order is the intuitionist reflection of consumer demand,"limit production to market ability " has been an important strategy which fulfill the demand of consumer and improve the customer experience. When order change happened, the Demand Management, Schedule Control and Production Operation should be quickly adjusted to better match this change, which can help enterprise to avoid economic losses caused by slow response and decision-making error. Then, how to improve the Response speed and Handling ability when facing order change are the core problems to increase customer satisfaction and save cost for the discrete manufacturing.This paper analyzes the demand response mode, planning method and the characteristic of order change within discrete manufacturing, and put forwards a concept called which can be called Order Cycle Life, builds a model about the relationship of the enterprise internal resources and a customer requirement change controlling model based on order-life-cycle division to response Order change. The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1) Elaborated the response strategy and planning mode of the discrete manufacturing, summarized the form and characteristic of Order Change, put forward a concept called order life cycle, then ensure the process flow when facing order change.(2) Based on building the enterprise-internal-resources model, find a relationship between order and internal resource, then describe the model by combining the resources which belong to different dimensions in both qualitative and quantitative way.(3) Establish a customer requirement change controlling model based on order-life-cycle division. First, creating a set of rules to ensure the data integrity and time-effectiveness based on the contents and characteristics of the derived documents. Then finding a relationship among order-cycle-life, derived documents and change types based on the measurement of handling method. At last, combine the rules and the model to ensure the Rationality and validity of the data handling.(4) Apply the response principles and controlling methods of order change to the order change management module of lean management software.
