In China, along with the change of competitive environment of nationalcommunications company, communication enterprises face more severe competition inthe market, in order to further improve the competitiveness of enterprises, thecommunication in a reference to the domestic and foreign management experience,using the performance management mode of production management and operationprocess and results, in order to achieve the business performance and achieve thestrategic target of the enterprise. Previous communication enterprise depends on thecorrect decision, to seize the market gap and to reap huge profits and rapid growthmeans, in today has been very difficult to pass. Now, the enterprise’s competition moreand more competitive, enterprises want to enhance their core competitiveness, improvetraining, enterprise staff ability is a very important aspect. Therefore, the currentdomestic in this context, the establishment of performance management system, is aneffective way to improve the staff’s ability and improve business performance.The main content of this paper is to study and optimize the performancemanagement of Shaoyang mobile communication company, including performanceplanning, performance management and communication interview, performanceevaluation and the results of the application, so as to form a complete performancemanagement system.
