Economic growth and financial development have inseparable relationship, rural finance is the core part of the rural economy, rural economic growth and farmers’life and the improvement of income level are both inseparable from the rural financial support, the rural financial efficiency is the rural financial to the rural economy development degree of effectively reflect. The current our country rural financial development and rural economic growth not present a synchronicity, the rural financial development is relatively slow, and at the same time, due to the lack of rural financial supply, rural capital is chasing interests, conversion use and a large number of outflow, these are serious restrict the development of rural economy. Promoting the development of rural economy is to increase capital investment to the countryside, and to improve the efficiency of the rural capital, but obviously the latter is more important, so making reasonable evaluation to rural capital allocation efficiency has important practical significance for our country. As the problem of "Three Agriculture" unceasingly highlighting, rural capital allocation efficiency of the domestic and foreign relevant caused wide attention of scholars.This paper mainly divided into the following several parts:The first chapter introduction part mainly puts forward related problems about our country rural capital allocation efficiency, introduces the research background and purpose, research and analysis of our country’s rural capital allocation efficiency significance in theory and practice; Sorting out and analyzing the domestic and foreign relevant scholars’research results, and learn the related in this paper put forward the choice of research ideas and research methods. The second chapter mainly defines the meaning of the rural capital and rural capital allocation efficiency, clear the research object, and from the financial efficiency, capital allocation, financial development and rural financial development and so on four aspects related theory, for this paper provides theoretical support. The third chapter analyzing China’s current rural capital allocation, and the overall system to understand the current situation, the total amount of rural capital configuration, structure and subject, etc, and through the analysis and measurement methods of model analysis of China’s rural capital internal and external effect, in-depth excavation rural capital allocation actual effect. The fourth chapter based on the brief introduction of rural capital allocation efficiency evaluation of general method, and according to the actual situation, choose the suitable method in this paper. The fifth chapter through the factor analysis method to the actual data processing, using DEA-Malmquist method to our country rural capital allocation efficiency to make evaluation. The sixth chapter according to the corresponding empirical research conclusion raise our country rural capital allocation efficiency methods and policy suggestions.
