With the continuous development of globalization and information technology,the "traditional economy" based on the investment of labor, capital, and naturalresources be in transition to the "new economy" based on the development ofknowledge and technology, and that is consistent with the background of vigorouslypromoting industrial restructuring, adjustment and upgrade of the county. However,the upgrade of the industry have to be supported by the innovation of management.With the enhancement of the dynamic and competitive, the company are required tomake timely respond to the subtle changes of the macroeconomic environment andtheir competitors, then the company themselves should have a very innovation andlearning ability.In this paper,we can take the Mendale Textile which is the leader of textileindustry for example. From the management of innovation theory, we can exploreMendale’s aspects of the theory, the system, the structure and the way to find someproblems of the current management system. Meanwhile, learning from theinstitutional change theory, we can design the better system to optimize the MendaleTextile’s management system. Meanwhile, we relist four safeguards for our report,specifically:(1) With foster an entrepreneurial spirit as the leading factor;(2) Withfoster an enterprise culture as the support factor;(3) With improve execution as theprotection factor factor;(4) With application of information technology as the basicfactor. At last, we looking into the future research direction and combine the problemsof the article. The author believes that the study of management innovation in thefuture should be based on the implementation of specific steps and innovationcompatible, thus enriching the theory of management innovation, to providetheoretical support for Chinese enterprises to deal with the fierce competition.
