Since the reform and opening up, township enterprises has become a miracle of history of China's economic development. It has played an extremely important role in the rural economic restructuring, transferring of rural surplus labor, increasing the income of farmers, promoting small towns and rural industry to subsidize agriculture, and giving impetus to modernization of agriculture. Especially since reform and opening up, township enterprises have the most representative in the development in Zhejiang which focuses on emerging and leapfrog development in Zhejiang Province with an area of 10 million square kilometers of "the smaller provinces", "state-owned investment small province" morphed into "economic province". Its extraordinariness contents to success to explore the retention of the field of rural industrialization, urbanization, marketization and urbanization of the road for 9 million farmers in China.With the process of reform and opening up, Zhejiang township enterprises has grown from scratch to a large-scale undertaking, from weak to strong, as an important economic force in the local economic development. However, in affirming the achievements, we should clearly see that the international financial crisis bring the difficulties and problems to economic operation of township enterprises in Zhejiang. In this context, to reflect the course of development of township enterprises in Zhejiang, it is very important and meaningful to summary the laws governing the operation and mechanism of action and find ways to overcome the current difficulties and countermeasures.In this paper, the "system" as the main, collate and summarize the system of township enterprises in "the whole process" of changes in Zhejiang. Post-crisis era for opportunities and challenges of township enterprises is taking place in Zhejiang, analysis of development of township enterprises in Zhejiang innovative features and internal drive mechanism.
