Empirical Study On The Influence On Enterprise Competitiveness By Cooperate Governance

Enterprises have to strengthen the management and to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises to survive in this rapid developing age. There are three main aspects in many impact factors of the enterprises, namely, Enterprise External Environment, Enterprise Resources and Enterprise Ability. A consensus has been reached both in the academic community and the business community that long term competitiveness of enterprises can only be reached by scarce, valuable and non-imitative resources and ability. While companies have a great impact on the resources and ability of enterprises, an indirect relationship between corporate governance and enterprises competitiveness was formed. Therefore, it was imperative to study the relationship between them.The collection and analysis of existing literature show that there is little research paper for the relationship between the two. And in these papers, enterprises competitiveness is simply equal to enterprises performance which is not complete. In this paper, not only the short-term profitability of enterprises is considered to some extent as an indicator for the competitiveness of enterprises, but also the long-term ability of enterprises for sustainable development is considered too. The pharmaceutical manufacturing industry which is relatively intense in China is chosen as the research object to make the research more representative.This article firstly derived on the basis of theoretical research, and then makes assum ptions, then conducted empirical analysis of chosen subject, finally arrived at the conclu sion that corporate governance has a significant impact on the competitiveness of enterp rises, by strengthen corporate governance, companies can improve its governance effici ency, so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
