Xinjiang is a major agricultural province, which has advantageous industries in agriculture. In recentyears,with increasing enhancement of agricultural productivity level in Xinjiang,agricultural productsprocessing level and limited market has dramatically constrainted sustainable development of agricultureand peasants’ income.Under the background of the internationalization of China’s economy, which cause us to make full useof domestic and international resources and markets in purpose of the development of agriculturaleconomy and the increase on farmers’ income.Therefore,two aspects should be taken into consideration.Onthe one hand,the best way is developing product processing industry.On the other hand,we ought to exploitthe domestic and foreign markets.According to the spirit of Xinjiang’s symposium,central government approved Kashgar and Korgas astwo special economic development zone in May2010.The best reason is speeding up converting theirresources advantages into economic advantages.Because the bases of two special economic developmentzone is not same,establishing what kind of suitable for their own basic operation mode on productprocessing trade has become one of the important issues.Several conclusions could be concluded from an explanation of present situation of Xinjiangagricultural products processing trade.The development level of Xinjiang agricultural product processingindustry is not only low, but also the relevant trade is mainly to primary products,lacking the basis ofrefined and deep processing.The main export markets of agricultural products processing tradeconcentrates five Central Asian countries,but presently,has not established a import and exportcommodities base that faces five Central Asian countries.In Xinjiang “twelfth five-year plan”, establishment of agricultural production processing base isputted forward,which is one of the construction goals in Kashgar and Korgas.After the analysis andcomparison of respective current situation and advantages and disadvantages,drawing lessons fromdomestic and international economic zone development mode of processing trade.Then,the author valiantlyseeks for different modes of agricultural products processing trade in Kashgar and Korgas.
