| After30years, China’s economic have made remarkable achievements. However, it is undeniable that there have been many negative phenomena. Financial aspects are also not optimistic, still a lot of poor people do not have a savings account, lots of people can’t enjoy the services of formal financial institutions. The drawbacks of the existing financial system have become increasingly evident.The basic concept of inclusive financial system is to effectively provide services for all sectors of society and groups all of the financial system. Foreign Practice has proved that the inclusive financial system to alleviate financial exclusion, and narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas, which is an effective way to promote economic inclusive growth. Inclusive financial system is a reflection of the existing financial system.Inclusive financial system can include those who excluded from the traditional financial services and the poor and vulnerable groups, so that they can share the improvement of the welfare of economic growth.In this paper, it mainly describes the origins of inclusive financial theory. It is from the theory of financial development, combined with the theory of micro-credit, micro-finance research and inclusive financial research, improving the formation and development of inclusive financial concepts. What’s more, it discusses the relationship between micro finance, and inclusive financial system and demonstrates universality financial relationship with the inclusive growth. Then it is to build index of financial inclusion (IFI). Learning from Mandira Sarma (2008), I select three dimensions to build index of financial inclusion. It is aimed to measure the degree of China’s inclusive financial system, and for international comparisons with other countries. In the end,it is focus on analysis the influencing factors of China’s financial inclusion, and explore measures for promoting the development of China’s financial inclusion. |
